I became a nutritionist after experiencing the gaps in our health care system firsthand. This led me to ask deeper questions of prevention, using food and holistic health as natural remedies to support our bodies.
Our bodies and health are a part of a bigger picture when we choose to understand ourselves more deeply. I believe everything is connected.
I offer support to my patients that are beyond macros and eating greens all day. Nourishment to me is what is most serving to the person in that moment to reduce anxiety, stress, guilt, and shame around food.
Using energetic therapeutics of food along side what’s constitutionally best for you individually, I offer simple adjustments & changes to your diet to support the bigger picture.

My approach to nutrition is to make it realistic and approachable for my patients without making them feel restricted. Instead of focusing on what to eliminate, let's concentrate on what we can add to your food to support your choices, cravings, and interests!
My priority is to suggest cost-effective options to my patients when it comes to food and nutrition. I believe that access to affordable and nutritious food should be a right, we can achieve it by implementing simple and effective solutions.
By sharing food and building a supportive community for women, new parents, small businesses, and local farmers, we can make a significant impact on our healthcare system and empower each other through connection and nourishment.
